Paleo. Budget. Run

Today's Goal:

Paleo
Get back to it! Meat, Vegetables, Eggs, Fruits, Nuts, and Seeds. Nothing from a box. Nothing Processed. Nothing White!

Budget
Log each transaction! Keep up with it daily! Know where the money is going!

Run
Go no matter what! Sweat, burn, breathe, finish! Running takes up time and energy to not be spent shopping or eating bad things! This is the foundation for the other 2 goals!

1 taco salad (chicken, lettuce, tomato, olive, guacamole)

SNACK - EPIC FAIL
kingcake (it was manny randazzo...probably much better fresh 3 days ago :( not near as satisfying as i thought)
4 turtle candies
1 praline candy

DINNER
1 boiled egg
few bites of mashed cauliflower & purple cabbage

7.5 miles / 9:50 pace

It's worth mentioning here that I totally passed up a delicious Manny Randazzo King Cake today...will-power points!

1 side salad (happened to have cheese on it, whoops!)
1 bowl curried spinach & coconut milk soup (didn't finish it all...whole lotta green stuff!)
citrus water....whoops sugar? nahhhh

SNACK
1 boiled egg

beef brisket, mashed cauliflower, & steamed broccoli

it's valentine's day and I can't have candy, cupcakes, chocolate, or wine. my life is basically over :/

2 pieces frittata (leftover rotisserie chicken, broccoli, spinach, and peppers)

beef brisket, mashed cauliflower, steamed broccoli

3 glasses merlot ;)

1 'Southern Belle' sushi roll (tuna, snow crab, avocado, cucumber)
