(8 eggs, onions, peppers, leftover roasted carrots, brussel sprouts, & eggplant, minced garlic, dash of coconut milk, salt, pepper, red pepper flakes, & garlic powder)
black coffee
water

SNACK
4 oz trail mix (almonds, cashews, & dried cranberries)
SORRY OKAY? I have to finish the HUGE batch that I made before committing to the Whole30. It's just a tad of sugar!

LUNCH
4 oz beef brisket
half bowl of Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti w/ ground turkey
handful trail mix (insert evil eye here)
