Day 3

BREAKFAST
1 piece roasted vegetable crustless quiche
4 florets of leftover broccoli

SNACK
1 Bag - Matador beef jerky 'Sizzlin Sweet' (yes over the whole day I ate the entire bag, WHAT?)
1 Bag - Sea Salt Cashews (again, the WHOLE large BAG)

LUNCH
Subway salad - Grilled chicken strips, spinach, tomatoes, banana peppers, green peppers, purple onion, cucumbers, no dressing

Spent the day visiting a new project site in Jena, Louisiana....nice day to be out of that godforsaken office chair!

WORKOUT
3.16 miles / 9:00 pace
Sooooo tired and crampy during this outside run...Lake District Trail with long-legged intern

1 bowl Spaghetti Squash Spaghetti w/ Ground Turkey
