4 oz roasted carrots, eggplant, & brussel sprouts

Overall, a decent start to the Whole30. I should have done without the dried cranberries in the trail mix, but it was already mixed together and I didn't want to have to pick it apart. Supposed to do a 10 miler today, but just wasn't mentally or physically into it....plus I was on a hampster wheel...lame.
I'm also taking a chinese herbal supplement for weight loss support between meals...it makes me a tad thirstier and that's all i've noticed. Boo, wish it gave me some kind of kick....i like that shit :)
